The villa consists of two floors. You have the possibility to rent the upper floor only ( 3 bedrooms, 6 persons max.) or the upper and the lower floor, which can together accommodate 10 persons.
The upper floor consists of an entrance hall, large living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious covered naya and very spacious terrace.
- Living room: The living room is very spacious and has a fireplace with cassette for cosy winter evenings. There is a large flat screen TV (TV Vlaanderen + Google Chromecast), A/C, central heating and WIFI.
- Kitchen: There is an open kitchen with plenty of dishes and cooking utilities for 10 people. There is an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, juicer, toaster, gourmet set etc.
- Bedrooms: On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms all with very comfortable springbox-beds. There is one bedroom with a large double bed (1.80m) and 2 bedrooms with two single beds, which can be pushed together. In each bedroom there are large closets with lots of storage space, A / C and central heating.
- Bathrooms: On the top floor there are 2 bathrooms. A spacious bathroom with bath, double sink, toilet, large mirror and plenty of storage space. Here is also the washing machine. The second bathroom has a single sink, toilet and shower. In the small bathroom there is central heating.
- Covered porch: This is very spacious. There is a large dining table and sitting-room. All the windows of the porch can be slide open. Again, A / C is present. From here, you have a beautiful view of the garden, while having a drink in the cosy and comfortable lounge set.
- Terrace: Large terrace with large table that seats up to 10 people. There is a BBQ (gas and coal), blinds and outdoor lighting foreseen.
The lower floor is only accessible from the outside and here you will find a small living room, a separate kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom.
- Living Room: There is a second cosy living room, in which you can escape from the sun.
- The kitchen has also a lot of dining and cooking utilities like a coffee maker, a refrigerator, an electric fire etc.
- The bathroom has one sink, a toilet and a shower.
- The bedroom is very spacious containing a large springbox-bed of 1.80 m, a bunk bed and a large closet. The bedroom has A/C.
Garden: The house has a huge park-garden of 900m² with beautiful mature trees and plants and ornaments. The perfect gateway for sunny days to enjoy nature the fullest. There are plenty of benches foreseen to enjoy the birds and views. The garden has a separate entrance through which you can also enter and eventually stable a boat. Behind the pool, next to the house is another small garden with fruit trees.
Garrage and carport: These are located behind the house. In the garage there is a separate freezer, parasols, toys for outside (badminton, petanque, boardgames, ...) Behind the house there is also sufficient space to park several cars.
