English:

• The caution is 500 EURO if only the upper floor is rented and 650 euro in case the full villa is rented. This will be refunded after the rental, after inspection by the local manager.  
• The obligatory cost for the final cleaning is 160EURO for 3 bedrooms (upper floor) and  200 EURO for 4 bedrooms (full villa).
• Obligatory cost for the rent of bedlinen and towels: 12 EURO per person.

The cost for the linen, towels and cleaning will be paid to the local manager at arrival. 

The prices shown in the table above are including gas, electricity, water, pool and garden maintenance and wifi. During the wintermonths we ask a supplement for the use of the central heating.

We ask a deposit of 50%  at the time of reservation and the balance must be paid at least 6 weeks before the rental starts, as well as the caution.

• De waarborg bedraagt 500 euro voor enkel de bovenste verdieping (tot 6 pers.) en 650 euro indien de gehele villa wordt gehuurd. Deze wordt na de verhuur teruggestort, na nazicht door de beheerder. 
• De finale reiniging kost 160euro voor enkel de bovenste verdieping en 200 euro indien de gehele villa wordt gehuurd.
• Verplichte huur van laken- en handdoeken: 12 euro per persoon per wissel.

De kosten voor eindreiniging (verplicht) en linnenpakket worden ter plaatse betaald bij aankomst aan de beheerder.

Inbegrepen in de getoonde prijzen zijn: Gas, water, elektriciteit, onderhoud van de tuin en het zwembad en WIFI. Tijdens de wintermaanden wordt er een toeslag gevraagd voor gebruik van de centrale verwarming.

Bij ondertekening van het huurcontract wordt een voorschot van 50% van de huurprijs gevraagd, het saldo en de waarborg dienen te worden gestort uiterlijk 6 weken voor vertrek.

U wordt opgewacht door de beheerder die U verder wegwijs maakt en die U ook de sleutels overhandigt en bij wie U tijdens Uw verblijf met alle vragen terecht kan.

• La caution est de 500 euros pour le seul étage supérieur (jusqu'à 6 personnes) et de 650 euros si la villa est entièrement louée. Il sera remboursé après la location, après inspection par le gérant. 
• Le nettoyage final coûte 160euros pour le seul étage supérieur et 200 euros si la villa est entièrement louée.
• Location obligatoire de draps et de serviettes : 12 euros par personne et par changement.

Les frais de nettoyage final (obligatoire) et le forfait linge seront payés sur place au gardien à l'arrivée.

Les prix indiqués comprennent : Gaz, eau, électricité, entretien du jardin et de la piscine et WIFI. Pendant les mois d'hiver nous demandons un supplément pour l'usage du chauffage central.

Lors de la signature du contrat de location, un acompte de 50 % du prix de la location est demandé, le solde et l'acompte doivent être versés au plus tard 6 semaines avant le départ.

Vous serez accueilli par le concierge qui vous montrera le chemin et vous donnera les clés et vers qui vous pourrez vous tourner avec toutes vos questions pendant votre séjour.
